Are you up for the challenge?

Adidas Silverstone Marathon, EdinburghMarathon, Hairy Haggis Relay and Virgin LondonMarathon

Exercise is known to help not only your physical health but also your mental wellbeing. Just 30 minutes of exercise five times a week can dramatically
increase not only your fitness but your overall health. At Teacher Support Network, we always encourage teachers who contact us to try and keep
physically active in order to improve the health of both their bodies and minds.

So what better way to relieve the stress in your life and help you overall wellbeing by taking on a new exercise challenge?

We are looking for runners to take part in the Adidas Silverstone Half Marathon on 14th March, 2010 in support of College and University
Support Network. The run takes place at the venue’s world famous race course. This unique setting makes the occasion really fun and unusual for a
seasoned runner, while the flat course makes this a great challenge for anyone new to running.

We also have a limited number of places in the Virgin London Marathon in April 2010.

Alternatively you could run Scotland’s favourite marathon – the Edinburgh Marathon on 23rd May, 2010. Or if you want to run as a team of
four, why not do the Hairy Haggis Relay which runs on the same course on the same day as the Marathon – each runner running a 25 per cent of the route.

We would love to hear from you if you would like us to try and secure a place on your behalf in any other race or if you have already have registration
and would like to join the College and University Support Network Team!

So why not put on those running shoes and join our pack! We will provide support for your fundraising beforehand and a running shirt as well as cheer
you on during the race. There will even be a post race celebration to mark your unique achievement!
